   Rihana’s Pizza & Wings is a family-owned pizzeria in North Phoenix  located 3143 E Greenway Rd specializing in handcrafted Neo-Neapolitan pizza, 48-hour fermented dough, wood-fired pizza, fresh wings, and halal-friendly options.

Great pizza starts with the dough. At Rihana’s, we make ours fresh in-house using our signature 3-flour blend and allow it to slowly ferment for at least 48 hours. This process develops deeper flavor while creating the light, airy interior and crisp, chewy crust that defines our Neo-Neapolitan style.

           We developed our own blend of three carefully selected flours to give our pizza the balance we were looking for: structure, flavor, crispness, and an airy crust. Combined with a long fermentation, the result is a pizza dough made for both flavor and texture—not speed or convenience.

Every pizza is stretched and made fresh to order.

The intense heat and live flame create blistered edges, light char, an airy cornicione, and the subtle smoky flavor that makes wood-fired pizza unique. No two wood-fired pizzas come out exactly the same—that is part of what makes the experience special.

We shred our mozzarella fresh in-house rather than relying on pre-shredded cheese coated with anti-caking agents. Freshly shredded cheese gives our pizzas a smoother melt, better texture, and the classic cheese pull we want on every pie.

Along with our handcrafted pizzas, Rihana’s serves crispy wings tossed in your choice of sauce, pasta, appetizers, specialty pizzas, and family favorites.
